Seychelles Islands Beaches - the best, most beautiful beaches in the world?
If you are a fan of beaches then photographs of the Seychelles Islands Beach scenes are perhaps some of the most archetypal images of a tropical beach paradise and are often referred too as some of the most beautiful beaches on earth – I can't argue with that - the beaches look absolutely amazing!
You can often tell a picture is from the Seychelles by the white sands, and crystal clear turquoise waters lapping up against the uniquely shaped weathered granite stone rock formations.
The Seychelles consist of a group of 185 islands, located off the East African Coast - east of Kenya and north-east of the island of Madagascar.
The images of the Seychelles below, which are mainly beaches, are grouped according to the island they are on.
Mahé, is the largest of the islands and where the capital, Victoria, is located. Next in size is Praslin and then La Digue, followed by all the others.

Island of La Digue, Seychelles
The island of La Digue is considered the least developed of the larger islands, and retains a gentler, more traditional pace of life. For a bit of escapism this is where to head!
In terms of it's beaches, well we could say when the world was giving out it's best beaches, La Digue grabbed a few! Anse Source D'Argent on the western coast is perhaps the most photographed beach, and a contender for most idylic beach in the world!
